Hall Rental FAQs

Q) Is the hall available on a certain date?

A) Email your date, call the bartender at 519-824-1381 or stop in during regular business hours (Mon-Thurs, 12 noon – 10 pm, Fri – Sat 12 noon – 1 am, Sundays 12 noon – 6 pm) to check availability.

 Q) How much does it cost to rent the hall?

A) Friday nights  – $300 with a $100 deposit

     Saturday nights – $400 with a $100 deposit

     Sunday – $200/NO BAR

 Q) How may people does the hall hold?

A) The hall holds 170 people.

     For a wedding/sit-down function with catering services, the maximum is 130

 Q) Can I bring my own alcohol, pop, water or food?

A) You can bring your own cold food but absolutely NO CROCKPOTS. Chaffing dishes are available to rent from the Ladies Auxiliary (3 for $20)

You can bring your own water and pop on Sundays, but if the bar is open, NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES.

 Q) Do you offer catering services for weddings, Christmas parties, etc…?

 Q) Do you provide services for funeral luncheons?
